Where are you located and how far will you travel?
We are located in the lower Yakima Valley. We will travel up to 100 miles round trip with no travel fee (that's round trip to Naches and round trip to Richland for reference). The travel fee is .50 cents/mile for any additional travel. For elopements and weddings there may be additional travel fees for hotels/food if over 240 miles roundtrip away or more. This will be discussed and in your contract if necessary.
How long does it take after my session to receive my photos?
The turn around time for edited portrait, couples, or family sessions is dependent upon how many sessions are in the queue ahead of your session. This is generally around 2 - 4 weeks. An estimate will be given to you on the day of your session. For elopements and weddings, the edited photos will be delivered within 12 weeks of the event with sneak peeks delivered within the week after the event.
Do you help style the photoshoot?
Yes! In fact, we love to do this. We would love to be involved in helping you choose your outfit/s. We also are available to style the shoot for an extra fee.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
A non-refundable 30% retainer is required to book and hold your date. This serves as a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend your photoshoot. This fee can be credited to a future session if you reschedule 72 hrs prior to the date of the session and rebook at an agreed upon date and time.

For weddings a non-refundable 50% retainer is required to book and hold your date. This serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the date of the wedding. If you change your wedding date after booking we will do our best to accommodate. If the new date is already booked then you forfeit the retainer fee.
What happens if you need to reschedule or are unable to do the photoshoot?
If we are unable to do a photoshoot due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, weather, family emergency, or any other unforeseen circumstance, then we will either reschedule or do our best to find a replacement. If we are unable to do either of these, then we will return the retainer fee.
What happens if the digital files have been lost, damaged, stolen, or destroyed?
If the reason is beyond our control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, our liability is limited to the return of the retainer fee. We are not liable for the loss of images subsequent to the final delivery of all products included in the package.
Do you provide a second shooter for weddings?
We do provide a second shooter for weddings! Emily is the first shooter and Taylor is the second shooter. If Taylor is not available then we will provide a different second shooter.
Can I extend my wedding session the day of?
You may be able to extend your wedding session the day of if you need extended hours if we are able to provide more hours. Each additional hour is $500.
Do you do destination weddings?
We love destination weddings! We do them as availability permits. If your wedding is a destination wedding please reach out with the details and we can see if it will work.
Payment Plans
We don't want finances to be something that gets in the way of you getting your dream photos, so we created a way for you to get the best of both worlds with our payment plan option. Starting from day one of booking your photoshoot with us (see example below), we will send you a customizable and manageable invoice so that you don't have to pay a lump sum of money. We want to work with you so that you can be stress free when it comes to your big day or whatever your shoot with us may be. We do require upon the day of the shoot that the investment be paid in full prior to the shoot. Payments will be non-refundable if you fail to pay the final installment prior to the shoot. With this being said, we encourage you to book us far in advance so you are able to have ample time to pay your invoice in its entirety!
