Vickerman Visuals provides professional photography services, including but not limited to weddings, portraits, and lifestyle sessions. All services are subject to availability and confirmation through a signed contract.

Booking & Payments

• A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date.

• Remaining balances are due as outlined in your individual contract.

• Prices are subject to change and are not guaranteed until a contract is signed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Retainers are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a rescheduling fee.

• In the event of cancellation, any payments made beyond the retainer will be handled according to the signed contract.

Copyright & Image Use

• All images are the copyright of Vickerman Visuals.

• Clients receive a personal-use license for their images.

• Images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

• Vickerman Visuals reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless otherwise stated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Communicate important details in advance

• Obtain permissions required for photography at chosen locations

• Ensure cooperation of guests and participants during sessions or events

Delays or limitations caused by the client or guests may impact the final gallery and are not the responsibility of Vickerman Visuals.

Creative Style & Editing

• By booking Vickerman Visuals, you acknowledge familiarity with our style.

• Editing decisions, including color, tone, and composition, are made at the photographer’s discretion.

• Unedited or RAW images are not provided.
